Terms and Conditions

Must be at least 18 years old.

The referral fee will be paid based on the original signed contract; change orders or future contracts will not be included.

Gasparini Custom Homes reserves the sole right to cancel or make changes to this referral program at any time, at the sole discretion of Gasparini Custom Homes.

When your referred customer is asked who refers to him or what prompted him to contact or visit Gasparini Custom Homes, if another source is given, i.e., sign ads, radio ads, online ads, newspaper ads, etc., and your name is not mentioned, then they are ineligible as a referral.

Suppose a customer is referred by two or more persons. In that case, a referral reward will only be given to the person responsible for the customer deciding to build a new custom home with us(determined by us also). At no time will Gasparini Custom Homes pay two or more people for one referred customer.

To be eligible for the referral program, the customer must make a firm decision to build a new custom home with Gasparini Custom Homes within 12 months from the date of referral.

Privacy Policy

The accountability for privacy rests with the person referring. The referrer must seek permission from the referred customer before sharing their details with Gasparini Custom Homes. We will not disclose personal information to any third parties and will only act upon the information given by the referrer by making contact with the referred customer.
