  • How long will it take to build my new custom home?
    From the time the foundation is poured, our average build time is between 9 and 18 months. Weather delays, the participation of the homeowner, and the complexity of your custom home could affect how long it really takes to complete. Our project manager will be able to inform you of what you can expect.
  • Do you work with cash buyers?
    Our Cash Buyers Program is the perfect way to get your new custom home under construction quickly and easily! Whether you're a first-timer or have experience in building a home with a contractor we make it possible for you to build the home of your dreams.
  • Can you help with the financing matters?
    We have multiple lenders we work with that when needed can help customers with financing. We don’t handle in-house, but we leverage our relationships to help customers get the best financing available when they aren’t able to on their own. The Top 3 Lender we Typically Work with 1.   • What advantages do new custom homes have over purchasing a used home?
    The most significant benefit of having a custom-built home was the freedom to design it in a way that will suit your specific wants and needs. You won't need to give in or settle for what the market has to offer. From the floor plan, to the kitchen layout, and the total number of living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, you get exactly what you desire. There will be lesser repairs or maintenance around the first 10 to 20 years since it’s a newly built custom home, compared to an older or used home, there will be less to worry about like chipped bathroom tiles, old water heaters, or uneven foundations.
  • Does your company do the warranty work, or do you hire it out?
    Whenever possible we utilize the same trades involved in the original construction to perform repair work. Both the owner and our people will do small repairs commonly in order to expedite smaller items.
  • How will I know whether you can build on my land?
    We provide our clients with a free home-building site evaluation. We will come and help you evaluate your land making sure the custom home you are dreaming about can be built on it. Let our experts assist you in making the right decisions.
  • What if I currently do not own land?
    We are here to help, we have contacts that keep us informed about the land that is available all throughout the area. Depending on where you desire to live, we can also assist with your search for the perfect location.
  • What kind of warranties do you offer?
    Warranties and caring for our clients after they move in are something we take pride in. When you decide to build a custom home with us, you receive a 1 year workmanship, 2 years mechanical, 10 years structural warranty.
  • Can I come up with my own materials, including appliances or light fixtures?
    Yes, however, materials not purchased & installed by GCH will not be warranted by GCH. If the customer would like to purchase and have GCH install it, all they need to do is pay the builder fee and have it installed to get warranty. You can choose particular materials for your home, but because we provide a home warranty and we’re the one in charge of installation, we have to purchase them for you and have them installed by our people or crew. If there are specific items you desire, you can talk about them with our sales consultant. There's a good chance that we offer the same item in our selection line, or at least something quite similar.
  • What if something during construction doesn’t seem right or must be changed?
    Our goal always is to make you fully satisfied. We’ll always strive to do the right things, and fulfill exactly what you want. Suppose the change would cover a large scope that would be considered a change order which comes with additional costs for labor and materials.
  • How can I find out how much my new custom home will cost?
    Let us assist you in realizing your vision of the perfect home. Our team will help carefully consider every detail and give you a precise estimate before breaking ground on this exciting new project!
  • Do you help in handling permits?
    As a licensed General Contractor, we make sure our clients have the necessary permits to build. We proudly provide proof of our license when required by cities in order to complete paperwork and ensure all building regulations are properly followed.
