You bring us completed plans, and we’ll evaluate them and provide you with free estimates.
Program # 2
You bring us plans, or we help you find plans which you purchase if you don’t have any, and we work together to refine the plans through value engineering feedback of the design through estimating and use our draftsman to modify plans to fit your needs and budget – $2,500 - $7,500.00 fee (including draftsman)

Program # 3
Design and build. We start everything from scratch with the help of our expert designer, architect, and key trade partners we’ll come up with a high-end custom home design and plan and build it once you approve. $15,000.00 minimum, cost plus based pricing with fee structure that is definable.
Program # 4
We also cater to spec builds from Investors and Developers alike. The transparency of our process and utilization of top-of-the-line customer relations management systems combine to create an unparalleled experience.
